BREADS

White & whole wheat (loaf & sandwich), 12-Grain (multigrain bread with seeds), white sourdough loaf, medium rye, Winnipeg light rye, and focaccia bread (squares).

BUNS

Dinner, butter, cheese, hamburger, hot dog, brioche hamburger, brioche hot dog, and kaiser.

CAKES

Mixed fruit whip, buttercream, black forest, St. Honore, cheesecake, diplomat, and carrot.

  

PIES

Fruit, lemon meringue, coconut cream, banana cream, pecan, and seasonal - pumpkin, plum cake, mincemeat, & strawberry custard.

OTHER TREATS

Cookies, Squares, Tarts, Muffins, Cupcakes, Eclairs, Savoury Items, Danish, Strudel, Eccles, Cinnamon Buns and Sticky Buns.

GLUTEN FREE

Bread, muffins, small fruit pies, lemon poppy seed bundt, brownies, chocolate marshmallow bars, vanilla cupcakes, and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

KETO FRIENDLY

Flax bread large loaf, flax buns, muffins, pizza dough, cinnamon rolls, and cheese rolls.

DIABETIC FRIENDLY

Pies, strudels, and mixed fruit whip cakes.

  

VEGAN

Strudels, eccles cakes, birds nest cookies, and fruit pies.
